The owners of Service Jewelry & Repair were employed by Service Merchandise for a total of over 40 years. When Service Merchandise closed, we saw a void that needed to be filled.
We envisioned a company that would be a one-stop-shop for all your jewelry needs. In 2002, our dream became reality when we opened our first store, offering not only an extensive selection of watches and jewelry but also in-house repair services.

In 2003, we opened a dedicated repair facility in Brentwood, TN. With expert watchmakers and jewelers, our repair facility grew to serve thousands of stores and customers across the United States. Today, we are proud to service over 6,000 stores nationwide, making us America's #1 choice for watch and jewelry repair--and we'd love to serve you too!

Ever since we opened our first store in 2002, our business has risen to meet the needs of our local customers and beyond. We currently have two retail stores conveniently located in Brentwood and Hendersonville, Tennessee. In the future, we will be expanding even further, hopefully opening a store near you!
