If you have any jewelry or watches, which are in need of repair, (regardless of where it was purchased) that you would like to send in to Service Jewelry and Repair for an estimate, please follow these simple instructions.
- Call 1-877-SJR-NEWS (1-877-757-6937) Monday-Saturday, 9am-5pm CST. Be prepared to provide your name, address, and telephone number. Ask for a Service Request Number (make sure that you record the number in a safe place).
- We will send you a mailing label that will arrive within 5-7 business days.
- When you receive the label, securely pack your jewelry. Enclose your name, address, phone number, Service Number, and a description of what is wrong with your jewelry.
- Attach the mailing label to the outside of the package and write your Service Request Number on the label.
- Mail the package and within 48 hours of receipt, we will contact you with an estimate on the cost of repairing your jewelry. At that time, you can advise us to either proceed with the repair, or send your jewelry back to you, unrepaired.
5a. If you DO want your merchandise repaired, you have 2 payment options:
- By credit card over the phone.
- Send a check to SJR

On the “For” line of the check, write your Service Number.
5b. If you DO NOT want your merchandise repaired, we will mail it back, unrepaired, at no cost to you.
