30 Day Return Policy

  You can return any non-engraved item within 30 days of its shipment for a full refund or exchange.  If you have any questions or concerns you can contact us at 1-877-SJR-NEWS or e-mail us at Info@servicejewelryandrepair.com.

Returning Your Order

1.  If within the US, call 1-877-SJR-NEWS (1-877-757-6397) for a Return Authorization Code.  Write this code on the return label included with your shipment.  Include all original packaging and receipt/packaging invoice in the return.  Affix return label to outside of package.  Make sure the item is securely enclosed in the packaging. 

2.  We recommend shipping your returns via FedEx.  When shipping request a return receipt.  Any shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

3.  Once your return in received, it will be reviewed by our associates for quality assurance and you will receive an e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange within seven business days.

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.  Any items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Service Jewelry and Repair), engraved, or damaged in any other way cannot be accepted for return.

Service Jewelry and Repair will not be responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments.
